CCMS & Associates was established in 2015 with the primary objective of addressing specific needs of the complex claims handling and third-party administration (TPA) sector. Our origins can be traced back to a successful Citizens depopulation platform, which underwent a transformative shift to become a prominent claims provider, known as Succore.

The inception of CCMS was the brainchild of  Cassandra Hand Gallegos and Hernando Gallegos, who combined their extensive experience in claims management, agency operations, and investigations to create a dynamic and innovative firm. With over 35 years of claims management expertise, Cassandra brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a keen eye for detail, while Hernando's background in agency operations and investigations adds a unique perspective to our comprehensive range of services.

In 2017, CCMS & Associates took a significant stride forward by enhancing our expertise in CAT claims handling. Additionally, we broadened our service territories into the super region of Gulf States, allowing us to reach a wider audience and extend our services to new clients in this flourishing area.

During the tumultuous aftermath of hurricane Irma, we stood by our clients, working tirelessly to ensure that all claims were handled with utmost care and efficiency, and providing much-needed relief to those affected by the devastating effects of the hurricane.

Recognizing the importance of resolving disputes in a fair and amicable manner, we also introduced a comprehensive dispute resolution program.

In 2020, CCMS & Associates swiftly responded to the global coronavirus pandemic by offering innovative solutions to ensure the safety and efficiency of inspections. With remote digital and no-touch inspections, we were able to adapt and continue delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Since 2020, we are proud to announce that we have obtained our California licensing, enabling us to expand our operations and effectively manage California claim files.

In 2021, CCMS & Associates proved to be an invaluable partner for our clients amidst the surge of claims arising from hurricane Ida.

Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce that our independent roster has expanded nationwide and are now serving clients in all 46 states. This expansion ensures that we are always within reach to provide prompt and efficient assistance.

In line with our commitment to innovation, we embarked on an exciting endeavor by introducing our cutting-edge field inspection data collection app, CCMS DUO, now rebranded as ION - Insight. Onsite. Now. Designed with the latest technology and user-friendly features, ION empowers our field inspection teams to gather accurate data swiftly and seamlessly, revolutionizing the way we serve our clients.

In addition to our outstanding claims management, we proudly introduced our groundbreaking field inspection mobile app, ION - Insight. Onsite. Now. This innovative tool revolutionized our operations, empowering our team to make coverage decisions faster than ever before. By utilizing cutting-edge technology and real-time data, we were able to reduce the time to coverage decision by an astounding 70%.
