Mary McDaniel

Director of Claims TPA Services

Mary began her insurance career 17 years ago, as a customer service representative in 2006 prior to obtaining her insurance adjuster’s license. During that time, she discovered her love of finding resolutions to any intricate issues in a claim file and problems that plague the claims process. In 2008, she obtained her adjuster’s license and began handling claims both at the field and desk level including sinkhole remediation and complex represented claims. She later served as an SIU representative completing detailed investigations, in-person recorded statements, and determining if the claim was given the review required to make a determination for disposition.

In 2018 Mary joined CCMS & Associates and began evaluations for claims with complex issues. During her 2nd year of service, her inherent claims skills and talents in leadership led her to a promotion to Claims Manager. Acquiring skills from multiple carriers and multiple projects including several catastrophes, she discovered her management style and has now excelled to Senior Claim Management and most recently to Director of Claims TPA services.

Mary has a passion for helping others both in her personal and professional life. She is multi-state licensed and is currently pursuing her CPCU.
